Our fresh goat cheese with honey, awarded with the silver International Cheese and Dairy Awards of 2018, has delighted the visitors who have tasted it … many of them have qualified it as the best cheese of the fair. Both small buyers, distributors and exporters have passed through the booth and have wanted to take this product to their business. They have shown their interest both large organized catering chains nationwide, large food service areas, and importers from the US, Sweden, Yemen, Oman, and other multiple destinations. We currently export 70% of the production to more than 27 countries, and with the negotiations we are currently making through the opportunities identified in the fair, we hope that by the end of this year we will increase even more the export quota as well as the number of countries in which our products are enjoyed.
