After an intense week of work, Lácteos Caprinos and Quesos Aldonza y Don Ismael closed their participation in a new edition of the “Salon de Gourmets” from Madrid.
In a special edition due to the thirtieth anniversary of the festival, the madrileña appointment was held to thousands of people among exponents and number visitors.
In a days where the Spanish capital turned into the food industry reference, our success in the festival could be described as a big success. Hundreds of visitors arrived from all of Spain and in some cases, people from the furthest corners of the world come to try our excellent assortment of cheeses.
